It really frustrates me when people write off Sage WinForecast because it has been around for a few years. 20gb Training provides training on both Sage WinForecast and Sage Forecasting so know both products really well.
Some of the functionality in Sage WinForecast doesn't exist in Sage Forecasting and admittedly vice versa, but if you want to accurately consolidate your reports only Sage WinForecast has this capability. To do this with Sage Forecasting you have to do it in Excel after production of the reports. You can also embed Formulae into the reports in WinForecast which can't be done in Forecasting, this is one of the useful features included in the Sage WinForecast Training provided by 20gb Training.
